Catalyst freight policy update - 2026
How Freight Is Calculated (Effective March 1st, 2026):
1. Flat Freight by Order Subtotal
Your freight charge is a single flat amount determined by your order subtotal (including all products and applicable upcharges).
- This rate is the same nationwide across the U.S. - it does not vary by state, program, or factory.- Excludes Hawaii and Alaska
- Freight is based on defined subtotal tiers.
- Orders with a subtotal of $30,000 or more ship free.
- Full Truck Load orders receive free freight.

2. Swing and Cantilever Gates in the Classic Program
For aluminum orders that include gates larger than 10' single or 20' double, the order qualifies as a Large Gate and uses the Large Estate Gate Freight charge found below.
- If your order includes an Estate gate or Cantilever gate along with other aluminum materials, the Large Gate Freight replaces the standard freight adder.
- If your order subtotal is $30,000 or more, your freight is FREE, and no Large Gate Freight applies.
- Refer to the Large Estate Gate Freight chart below for your state's rate.
- The Large Estate Gate Freight serves as the maximum freight charge for your state.
- All other products (SimTek, Molded, Vinyl) continue to follow the standard dollar-based freight policy from above.
Additional Delivery Services
Additional fees may apply for special delivery requirements, such as:
- Residential delivery - $100
- Lift gate service - $75
